Psychedelic Integration Coaching
If you’ve arrived here, chances are you’re holding something tender. Psychedelic Integration Coaching is not about “fixing” you. It’s about holding space for what’s already unfolding inside you, especially when the path through feels overwhelming, unsteady, or even painful. I’m passionate about working with individuals who have chosen plant medicine as part of their healing path, whether you are preparing to sit or are wanting support integrating a journey, I’d love to start the conversation.
At it’s core, Trauma-Informed Psychedelic Integration Coaching is about supporting you before and/or after a psychedelic experience from a trauma-informed lens. For some, regulating tools may be needed before it is considered safe to sit with a medicine such as Ayahuasca. If that’s you, we will start here - learning somatic and grounding tools that will help you prepare for this type of deep work.
For others, you may have already had an experience that brought up repressed memories, reactivated old traumas, or left you feeling emotionally disoriented or unsettled. For others still, you may have felt yourself dissolve into something larger, only to come back feeling smaller, more fragile, or even lost.
All of this is okay.
This integrative approach to healing from trauma exists for moments before, during, and after. It’s about slowing down, honoring what happened, and giving you the support to move through with grounding, self-compassion, and clarity.
Because no two journeys are alike, we will work together to build a customized psychedelic roadmap based on your emotional, physiological, and spiritual needs.
This might include:
Preparation sessions before a future ceremony
Integration sessions after a recent experience
Ongoing psychedelic integrative support
Somatic practices
Mindfulness and stillness practices
Boundary-setting tools
This is not a one-sized fits all approach. Rather, it is rooted in you, your story, your needs, and your capacity at any given moment.
Psychedelic Integration is the process of making sense of your experience, not just intellectually, but somatically, emotionally, and spiritually. You might have seen or felt things that changed you, or you may feel shifts as you re-enter “the real world.” You might be trying to figure out what it all means, or how to live differently now. Integration isn’t about squeezing your experience into a box. It’s about letting it teach you, safely and slowly.
Through our work, we may explore:
Somatic and other grounding tools
What surfaced during your journey
How it connects to your life history
The emotions that remain, unresolved
What wisdom, if any, is trying to come through
How to rebuild stability and connection with yourself
How to ground the experience into your life
What changes you feel called to make
What emotional or behavioral patterns have surfaced
How to rebuild a new relationship with your intuition and inner wisdom

As psychedelics become more mainstream, we’re seeing more people step into these experiences without adequate preparation or integration. That’s where harm can happen, not from the medicine itself, but from the emotional fallout that follows. This is why harm reduction matters. I work with clients before and after psychedelic work to keep the process grounded, consent-based, and emotionally safe. If you’ve felt shaken, destabilized, or unmoored after a journey, you’re not alone. And you’re not doing it wrong. Support is not weakness; it’s wisdom.
