Deciding to seek therapy is a brave step, and I’m glad you’ve taken it. Whether you’re searching for support with mental health, emotional well-being, or personal growth, I’m here to help guide you through the process.

With 17 years of clinical case management and mental health counseling, I specialize in helping individuals who are working to heal from trauma, PTSD or C-PTSD, anxiety, as well as individuals struggling with attachment issues, relationship challenges, or tools to manage chronic stress. I’m also trained in trauma-informed yoga, breath-work, mindfulness practices, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Integration, any of which we can explore incorporating into our work together. My goal is to work with you to create a path forward that honors your unique journey.

A cornerstone of my practice is helping individuals explore and deepen their mind-body connection using various somatic tools and techniques. Understanding how trauma and chronic stress impact your physiology is crucial to the healing process. By gaining these insights, you can develop skills to find greater stability and balance within yourself.

Our initial consultation is a valuable opportunity for us to connect and assess if we are a good therapeutic match. During our first session, I invite you to share your reasons for seeking therapy and treatment goals. I’ll also gather some background information to better understand your unique life experiences and personal history. Together, we’ll collaborate on creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This is also an ideal time for you to ask any questions about my professional background, therapeutic approach, or the overall therapy process. Your comfort and understanding are my priorities as we embark on this journey toward healing and personal growth.

What To Expect

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process; thus, my approach is clinical yet conversational. My background is rooted in a combination of modalities, including mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based CBT, EMDR, IFS, and KAP among others. Together we will explore and determine what approaches feel right for you, starting where ever and however you are ready.
